| CLASS I FELONY | No Fine $5,000 - $1,000,000 $3,000 - $750,000 | Life or Death 8 – 24 years 4 - 12 years |
CLASS 4 FELONY $2,000 - $500,000 2 - 6 years
CLASS 5 FELONY $1,000 - $100,000 1 - 3 years
CLASS 6 FELONY $1,000 - $100,000 1 - 1 1/2 years
If the Penalty is not fixed by statute then the sentence can be no more than 5 Years and no more than a $100,000 Fine with 2 Years Mandatory Parole.
