Meet Attorneys Geri Joneson and Rachel Michael
Prior to opening our criminal defense law practice in Fort Collins, Colorado, we were prosecutors. Our experience as prosecutors gives us a broad perspective and understanding of both sides of the criminal justice process. We prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases, including DUI/DWAI, assault, domestic violence, criminal mischief, trespass, minor in possession/consumption, theft, burglary, and drug cases. Our experience enables us to thoroughly analyze a case and apply the law. We always consider our client's circumstances when we apply the law to the facts of the case.
We take a personal approach to you and your case. We believe that because each client is unique so too is his or her case. All of our clients are treated with the respect they deserve. For 21 years, we have devoted our career to criminal law. Geri is a member of the Colorado State Bar Association, the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Colorado Women's Bar Association, the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Rachel is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Wyoming Bar Association and the Larimer County Bar Association.
