Meet Attorney Geri Joneson
Prior to opening my criminal defense law practice in Fort Collins, Colorado, I was a prosecutor. My experience as a prosecutor gives me a broad perspective and understanding of both sides of the criminal justice process. I prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases, including DUI/DWAI, assault, domestic violence, criminal mischief, trespass, minor in possession/consumption, theft, burglary, and drug cases. My experience enables me to thoroughly analyze a case and apply the law. I always consider my client's circumstances to the facts of the case.
I take a personal approach to you and your case. I believe that because each client is unique so too is their case. All of my clients are treated with the respect they deserve. For 20 years, I have devoted my career to criminal law. I am a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
